The law on fire extinguisher training is pretty clear— FEDERAL REGULATIONS IN OSHA MAKES IT MANDATORY.

Our training is often held indoors during classroom portions and then moved outdoors for the students to use the priciples during a live fire training session. Your company needs to provide an adequate area for each session and provide the specific key people you wish trained. Professional Fire Extinguishers will take it from there. Our professionally trained fire & safety people will do the rest. First we will cover the basics of fire protection, followed by a talk and discussion period. PFE will demonstrate the different types of fire extinguishers and proper handling methods required to deal with specific problems. We can also conduct abbreviated classes outdoors. During the outdoor phase we will cover:

  • All live-fire training is conducted using the P3 Fire Extinguisher Training Simulator, which we have designed and perfected during 20 years of live-fire training.  It is a safe and practical tool to insure that your employees know how to safely fight a fire at your facility.

  PFE offers fire extinguisher training classes with a certified fire service instructor.  Classes can be in taught in the classroom or outside.  Students can do actual fire extinguishment or observe fire extinguisher operations.  Teaching aids include videos, different types of fire extinguishers, LP gas and kitchen fire demonstration.   Fire extinguisher training is required every year by OSHA.
